Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how ResumePass AI ("the app", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the app. By using ResumePass AI, you agree to the practices described here.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal details (health, religion, government ID numbers, and similar) — please avoid including these in a resume you upload.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
ResumePass AI relies on the following third-party services to work:
Resume text is sent to these services only to generate the result you requested. Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data sent to their systems.
Your account information and check balances are stored in Firebase, tied to your account, until you delete your account or ask us to remove it. Your resume history and generated PDFs are stored locally on your device, not on our servers, and are removed if you clear the app's data or uninstall it.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us at onlineplagiarismremover@gmail.com. You can also delete individual items from your local history directly inside the app.
ResumePass AI is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated policy. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
